I'm Ajeet singh,a student. preparing for government exams since 2017. I have my own kitchen in my room. I make my lunch and my dinner. Many times I miss my lunch sometimes dinner also. No breakfast in my routine.i rarely go outside the room.
I have not joined any coaching centre love to self study.
I have suffering from less energy. Feeling very lazy.
There is pain in my leg muscle and it is seems two to three months before.
Sir,please tell me what is the reason and causes of this pain and how can I fix it.
Is there any serious problem?

Leg pain is due to long studying hours.And feeling lazy or tired is due to your monotonous routine (doing same thing everyday)and skipping meals.Would suggest following things
1.Try and get up in between stydying for 5 to 10 min .
2.Listen to some music during the day time.
