U can take Paracetamol+Diclofenac combination for the time being and Levocetrizine too. Still the symptoms persist then go for antibiotics Tab Azithral 500 1 tab twice daily and Pan 40 1 tab before breakfast. For constipation take syrup Duphalac 2-3tsf now and then daily at night for 3-5days.
