Muscle spasm in upper back
I have been having this pain in my upper back for the past 2 weeks. It sometimes extends to my neck, shoulders and arms as well. I have consulted an Ortho doc. He made me do some stretches to check if it's a spine problem or not. I had no problem with my movements and he concluded it's a muscle spasm. He has advised me to do some neck and shoulder exercises. The pain is lesser than before but it's still there. As I said it's been 2 weeks and I am slightly worried if it's something else. Any advice?
