I am regular gym goer for past 2 years. Very passionate in bodybuilding. But my muscles not tightening and looks very flubby. Even I lift heavy weights. But still I had a muscle toning problem. Kindly clarify my problem.

Hi. Muscle toning can b achieved by progressive resisted exs where endurance vl get increase... plus intake of natural protein foods. On contrary,weight lifts vl only increase ur power.. take care of overall body muscles & ligaments.. prevent from any injuries..
