  4. Muscles of left side. Feeling weekness.

Muscles of left side
Muscles next to left side arm joint, with back side sholder and some part of neck is feeling pain. Specially when take sleep left side turn. Already taking B12 and vitamin D 60k medicine. While working it's not feeling pain but in surtain position feeling pain and feeling weekness.

Your cause of pain may be because of muscle tightness. please take a muscle relaxant and start cervical strentghening exercises
