Muscular Imbalance
My right pectoral is smaller and flatter as compared to the left pectoral. I had sonography done and the pressure I exert with both pectorals is same.

What is your profession? You can be having rounded shoulders which leads to something known as upper cross syndrome. May require pectoral stretching and strengthening.
