Muscular pain.com.com...
Please let me know any permanent solution for muscular pain because within one month 1 or 2 times muscular pains are there so taken medicine is muscle relaxation but temporary relief.

Dear Sir Muscular Pains can be due to a lot of causes Each cause has its own treatment We need to first find out what causes Muscular Pain in you and manage that accordingly

Hello,are you having generalized body ache? Do you have any musculoskeletal injury? If it is generalized body ache and no musculoskeletal injury then stress, tension , overusing of muscles , anemia, vitamin deficiencies, calcium deficiencies, not healthy diet, diabetes, Hormonal imbalance are most common causes for generalised body ache. Some of these causes can be detected by simple blood tests and treated accordingly if you consult physician. There are other medical causes too but usually rare. Regular healthy diet, avoiding smoking and drinking, regular yoga and excersie will prevent body ache.
