You can consult a speech therapist, but your child is too young for such a treatment modality. Growth milestones come at different ages for different children and these should not be taken as abnormalities. The major drawback of early intervention by speech therapist is that the child becomes to conscious of his problem and becomes overtly conservative. The best advice for you will be to have some patience and in majority of cases things improve with time. Although there is no defined Landmark age, but you can always consult a speech therapist after 4 to 5 years of age.
