It could be something that the child ate that irritated the mouth. Give cold and soft food. If they do not subside after a few days, consult a paediatrician

Baby is small, requires urgent attention. Ulcers are thoroughly painful. Pleass consult as soon as possible. It may be an underlying skin disease.

Please get the ulcers checked by a dentist. And after proper diagnosis and cause of ulcers he/she will prescribe medicines according to problem. Never ask for medicines without physical check up.
