My baby boy speak less
My 3 year baby boy speak less. He speaks two world sentence. Some time when he speaks do not has eye contact.

Hi. Language delay and lack of eye contact may mean the child might be suffering from Autism.. But he needs to be fully evaluated before coming to any conclusion. So the boy needs complete check up by a Pediatrician and Clinical psychologist. Early the diagnosis earlier the treatment can be started and better out come.
