Plz guide me..my baby is having ear wax n some puss in his ear..some redness in his earr..plz suggest any ear drops

Your baby seems to be suffering from acute otitis media which is a common type of ear infection in children. You may need to give antibiotics and analgesics. Ear drops not be necessary if it's discharging pus
