She had severe fever and after 3 days doctor suggested to take blood and urine tests if the fever persists

Hi ...urine test showing 8-10 pus cells means there is urine infection provided the urine sample was collected properly...if urine sample was collected well then it indicates she has urine infection and needs antibiotics...
