My Baby suffering from cold, he is not able to breathe properly at night. He is one year old. can I use sinarest syrup for baby? If not please suggest better medician?

Safest would be steam inhalations 4-5 times a day.
Use decongestant nasal drops for nasal block and paracetamol for fever.
