My belly button gone in (stomach) before it was round in shape now it's become shape less, mean while some time I'm getting pain while pouring toilet .why it's belly button gone inside this lead to any disease in future

Hello
Just deepening of belly button does not predispose to any disease. Most common causes for such thing is increase in abdominal fat i.e increasing obesity or collection of water in abdomen. If still worried you can get a physical examination done by your physician.
