I checked my blood pressure in evening time blood pressure is 146/93 this Normal?? my weight 86 kg age 25

This reading is slightly higher..You should always check your bp when you relax.. keep monitoring for next 2 days.. if  reading are on the higher side consult. Meanwhile drink plenty of fluids and avoid stress and tensions.

Did you check your blood pressure after a workout  ? Was the machine working properly? Kindly repeat a  BP check in the morning with a proper machine , and if its still high , Consult online for medical prescription.
