according to dermatology I am having insulin resistance

I am having blackness on underarm groin butt and lower back.
Should I take Glycomate Sr as already i took 3 months
is yes then how long?

If u r overweight u can have insulin resistance. Initially blood sugar remains normal but then slowly the pancreas beta cells get exhausted because of the higher insulin it needs to produce to overcome the resistance.
If you have reached a BMI of 23/24 you can stop metformin.
