My body is shaking
My body and head shaking automatically with out my involvement. Not so much shaking, little bit. When I stand, my head and body moving automatically.

Hello there...I can understand your concern. we will need a more elaborate history and detailed clinical examination will have to be done. tremors can occur due to a number of reasons like nerve injury or inflammation, stress or anxiety, vitamin deficiency. so kindly consult a neurologist for further evaluation and treatment.
