After running my leg bone is paining I have not been able to run for 20 days plz help me sir I used to have painfull tubes but did not make any difference there is a little bit of pain in walking but more on running

Shin pain and calf pain are common for runners. Best short term solution is to put hot water / heating pad and let the muscles relax completely before you attempt running.
Pain is usually due to tightness of leg muscles. You can look upto Internet and get basic stretches for all the muscles of leg.
Next Steps
perform them twice a day for few days.once you are free of pain you can attempt walking and gradually running. start with short distance and then scale up.
