My boy is 4.5 months old
My baby is 4.5 months old. What can i feed him other than breastfeeding? And what can i feed him to make him healthy?

Continue exclusive breast feeding followed by burping till 6 months of age. After that you can start complementary feeds but breast feeding should be continued till 2 years of age.

If baby gaining weight adequately not necessarily, if you think baby not gaining weight adequately or breast milk quantity decreased then you can start with good hygiene
