  4. My breasts are paining. To heavy breats?

My breasts are paining
I am 20 and have large breasts (36D) and my left especially is paining more .I dont know if its cause of bra i wear i generally wear a size smaller plus my breasts feel saggy could the pain be due to heavy breats ? If so y suddenly
