My baby weight is not increasing m giving all veggie fruits and meat he s 11month still 7 kg m giving vit d3 ,he s not having single tooth also doc suggest vitA capsules fr 2days can i go for it when he will get the teeth

Please make sure a syrup which has calcium and zinc is added along side vitamin D3 syrup.

Some babies can get teeth after 18 Mo of age and that is still ok. Continue to give him a well balanced diet along with iron supplements
