My cousin's 1 of the testicles is remove
He is 24 gym built. He had pain and upon diagonising one of the testicles is removed. Will he be able to become a father and lead a happy married life

Even with one testis, one can father a child ..sometimes ppl are even born with one testis....do not panic...if other testis is healthy then he will not have problem in sexual and marital life and also in fathering a child..
