My creatinine raised and gfr low
My cratinine level has risen to 2.04 and gfr is 35. My Bp is normal with medicine and bun is ok. Kindly help . Also insominia sincce last one month. Rest is ok. My MD doctor has prescribed nephrosave 500 for 15 days and askked to monitor BP.

Need ultrasound abdomen and complete urinary examination. Consult a urologist or nephrologist.
