My daughter isn't growing
Hello doctors. I have given birth to a little angel on 26th of October 2019. She was 2.5kg at the time of birth. She was a bit small than others. I don't know why She isn't growing well. She is thin. She looks like just 1 or 2 month old while she is 3.5 month now. Her face and head are very small than others of her age. Everybody come see and comments that she isn't growing. She is on both breastfeed and formula. While 1 month her weight was 3.5kg, while 2month she was 4.2 and when 3month she was 4.6. My pediatrician prescribed multi vitamin as she was not gained proper weight last month. Why her face and head are not growing up? Should I be worried?
