My dog bite me
My dog bite me on my hand and bit of blood came . I washed it with soap. A bit of skin got torn. My dog is properly vaccinned with anti rabbies injection. Even I have taken tetnas booster last year . So do I need injection then what is it's schedule ?? Fir how many days should I take anti rabbies injection??

How old is your dog? And picture of the wound is required. In most cases ARV is not required IF THE DOG is vaccinated.

If dog is vaccinated and tt booster is taken last year. No injection is needed. Just clean the wound and keep it open after putting some antibiotic ointment

No need of ARV vaccination if pet is immunised.Take inj tetanus toxoid 0.5 ml I/m if previous dose of TT taken before 6 months.

If it's vaccinated...nothing needed..if u r desperate...u can take 4 injections on day 0, 3 , 7 and 28
