Hello sir
Good afternoon
Taking calcirol (vitamin d)
Is good but would not help much in elbow pain as what you need is less loading of elbow and a better supplements to help muscle growth and nutrition of the body
You should also get a physical examination done to rule out tennis or golfer’s elbow by an orthopaedician near you
Thanking you
