Hi! Please let me know what is the nature of your job. Is it field work or office job. Exposure to dust can cause this. If you are having sticky discharge especially in the morning its better to take a course of antibiotic eye drops for 1 week. after that if it still persists you can take antiallergic treatment. Also let me know how your vision is.

We have to find the cause for allergy, some are more prone for allergens like dust exposure while going outside.it could be due to the environment we work. See if you have other problems related to allergy.like running nose or asthma.if it is just exposure to dust cover your eyes with glasses while going out.use lubricants like refresh tears 1 drop three times daily both eyes, till symptoms last.
