My father BP is 153/110 is it serious
My father is suffering with high bp but in the past few days his BP was stable and normal. Today he asked me to check BP and his BP comes 153/110. He took tablet Tazlock-20 which contains Telmisartan IP. Is it serious and what precautions he has to.take.

Kindly measure the BP for 3 days and preferable by the manual method. On repeated checks if the BP is high then you will need to consult a doctor and one more medication or the dose will be increased. The BP is high but nothing to be worried about. Regular excersise and salt restriction will help in getting the BP under control

Check blood pressure for 3 consecutive days at same time n maintain a record then consult. Lets see if dose is adequate or not, or medicine can b changed accordingly For precaution Avoid salt Proper rest Evening walk
