My foreskin is tight and rashes in glans
My foreskin doesn't go behind the penis head, because of that I am not able to clean the area underneath it. Also in trying to pull the skin behind I have developed some rashes and blood clot in the penis head. Is this problem serious? is there any home remedies to cure both of the above problems.

U might be having phimosis .. no home remedies available . Plz consult a urologist
