My four year old kid not eating

Hello Doctor, my four years old son is not having any appetide for almost two weeks now, he has loose weight so much , he used to complaint of stomachs cramp and leg pain sometimes, but now he is not willing to eat anything not even the things which he used to love eating the most, what might be his problem, he weight only 15 KGS is he underweight? Please suggest any appetizer for him

Although weight is fine,if loss of appetite is so prolonged AND if accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or abdominal distension or dullness,plz consult your paediatrician for physical examination and investigation. If physical activity is good,you can wait,give syp vizylac twice a day for 5 days.
