My HDL level is low .
In my recent lipid profile test, my HDL level is 27 as per reading. And it's mentioned risky. Could you please give more clarity on the same.

Increase the consumption of chicekn ,mushroom,peanuts, fish etc to get enough Niacin. Don’t worry low Hdl is usually attributed to dietary deficiency of vitamins.
