Recently I have been gone through health check up where in I got to know that My HGPT is 90 which is high from the normal range. what should I do ?

You have fatty liver. If your are an alcoholic try reducing. Diet control and exercise can help. Reduce fatty foods, junk food, oily food. Exercise regularly. Follow these instructions and Check after a month
