Hi.. hope your kid is doing well.
No need to worry. It will come at the age of 6 year.
If you want you can go for a X-ray of front region of mouth. Because these teeth comes first in mouth. From X-ray we can know the status of the tooth development.

No need to worry. Give him proper diet. Check his milk intake . Give him protein rich food.
