It is very common for small kids to have dental problems. Today only I got a case of a 4 year old boy having cavities in 18 out of 20 teeth. Don't worry, it is treatable. Please visit a child specialist dentist (Pedodontist) in your area.

Health Tips
Make sure your daughter rinses her mouth thoroughly after every meal and every snack. Cavities are caused when food gets stuck in the teeth. If food particles are removed then chances of cavities becomes very less.
