My both knees have pain,it increase with standing and walking.Foot also aching
Last year 2019/April did Bone density test,report shows ostopinia.
Taking daily calcium and weekly D3
Please advise.
Am diabetic type 2,since 6/7 years.

Hello dear
Knee pain at 56 years of age is possibly due to onset of osteoarthritis. Osteopenia is not the primary problem but definitely a contributory element.
I need to see x-rays of both kness in standing position to confirm and guide treatment.
