I cant sleep in the bed, nd whole thing is pain is continued, i am in sales department nd i hv to drive 60 km per day, can you help me

Looks like claudication, take rest , Hot pads, massage , stretching and plenty of fluids, multi vitamin, course of Vit E, if not cured need investigation.
