Hello dear
The xray is suggestive of fracture at L2 vertebra.
She needs to be screened for osteoporosis which is the most probable cause.
I need some more information:
1. Has she had foot and back pain even before this fall?
2. When did she stop her periods?
3. Is she on any medicines currently?
4. Does she have any medical problems and has sustained any fractures previously also?
Regards

Next Steps
Consult online with the answers or connect in person if based in Delhi
What the reason for getting this X-ray in first place?
Also is there pain in back?
Any recent fall?
X-ray report u must have seen but not enclosed.
Kindly note that there appears multiple issue here on imaging.
Problem is we need to treat the patient symptoms and not X-ray.
So need to know clinical details.
Next Steps
If she has pain or weakness kindly show physically to a doctor.
X ray is suggestive of early degenerative changes alongwith loss of lumbar lordosis which can be due to muscle spasm in lower back muscles. There is also decreased density of bone suggestive of osteopenia
Next Steps
I will suggest to start one tablet having analgesic with muscle relaxant, calcium and vit d supplement, hot fomentation, local analgesic ointment
Health Tips
Avoid heavy work, avoid forward bending, avoid sitting down..
