Patchy ground glass haziness is noted in both lung fields. Small atelectatic band with mild focal bronchiectatic changes is noted in inferior segment of the lingula. Few tiny pleural / subpleural nodular opacities are noted in the right upper & right middle lobes and along left fissure in medial aspect. Trachea, major bronchial divisions and mediastinal great vessels appear unremarkable on a non contrast study. No evidence of significant mediastinal/hilar lymphadenopathy detected. No evidence of
