My mother has a pain in stomach
Had a check with gynach and she asked to do all test. all other test is normal but in the uterus the scan is showing the folloing
"cavity shows an hyperechoic modular lesion near the fubdus measuring 22 x 22 mm in size and fluid around it."
pls let me know what will be the exact issue and do we need to do operation of uterus

IT'S A MAJOR PROBLEM.
AT THE UPPER END OF UTERUS IE, FUNDUS
HYPERECHOIC( LIGHTSHADOW) FILLED WITH FLUID SO PAIN ABDOMEN IS THEIR.
SO THIS IS THE RESON OF PAIN ABDOMEN.
TREATMENT
SURGICAL PROCEDURES-
