My mother is having her tsh level is 6.5..and her age is 60..we tested bfr 2 months and it was normal but now it got slightly elvated..is 6.5 tsh is normal.at age of 60??pls guide me

This is in the range of Subclinical hypothyroidism and needs to be treated if she is symptomatic for hypothyroidism or if her Anti TPO antibodies are positive.
