My mother is suffering from constipation
She has constipation problem.till she takes any tablets or powders like pet safa or else it can't.also she is suffering from psoriasis whether the constipation is becoz of psoriasis or else.what would be the reason for this..??

Take a bland diet and include more of Greenleafy vegetables and fresh fruits in the diet.Drink plenty of water.
