My one year old has difficulty breathing
Since he was 3 months he has been breathing with some sound that sounds like mucus in his lungs. His breathing is worst when he sleeps. His growth has been stunted. His weight is around 8.2 at year 1.

First the problem has to be diagnosed. Take him to Pediatrician.
Next Steps
Have to take him to ENT doctor if pediatrician suspected any foreign body in lungs
