You can try calling the iCall psychosocial helpline run by the Tata institute of social sciences, mumbai. It is run by mental health professionals and they should be able to guide you further and provide support. Their number is available online if you search google or Facebook. Their timings are mon- sat, 8 am to 10 pm.
