There is no such modern disease: medicine pattern in ayurveda. We have to diagnose condition in ayurveda terms to treat them.
So for medicine you have to consult.
For diet, I suggest to remain on liquid diet like rice water, green gram soup. But not the juices.
Use boiled water for drinking , irrespective whether it's aquaguard or RO water.
Boiling and evaporating to half ,gives water deep penetration as well as antipyretic strength.
U can add medicines in it like shadang paniy for more effect.
