My semen analysis report:- volume- 2.0 ml, Colour- milky white, Viscosity- normal, Liquification time- within 30 minutes, Fructose- positive, Reaction (ph)- alkaline, Occult blood- negative, Total sperm count- 80 million/ml, Total motility- 35%, Non motile forms- 65%, Grade 1- minimal forward progression- 05%, Grade 2- poor to fair activity- 15%, Grade 3- good activity,tail movement visualized- 15%, Grade 4- good activity, tail movement difficult to visualise- 00%, Abnormal forms- 18%, Erythrocytes- absent /hpf, Leucocytes- pr. 8-10 /hpf, Epithelial cells- absent/ hpf Request plz check my report, to get pregnant my wife is this is normal report or i have to take treatment...
