My skin complextion
Hello sir, in my childhood I was quite fair almost milky white but now my skin complextion is quite dark now. I don't know what's happened. Plzz help me to get my fair complextion back.

This happens due to uv rays on exposure to sunlight. Start using sunscreens daily during daytime every 3 hrs starting from 8 : 30 am till 4 : 30 pm. Improve Your nutrition and lifestyle also.
