My son 3 years old got eye scratch with a finger yesterday night. There is little redness on his left eye in the corner and watery. Little irritation.

Hello He may use A. Antibiotic eyedrop like moxifloxacin 4 times daily B. Lubricating eyedrop frequently like refresh tears This is provisional diagnosis.. Kindly consult local ophthalmologist also
