My stool was hard plshelp
I have twins baby after my delivery my delivery was cesaran my stool coming hard pls help me my physician said me u cn take cremasin sysp 3teaspoon at bed time once a daily i m taking from last 2 month he said me creamsin syp is nt harmful pls help me for my stool come smooth regularly tnku.

Hello... It's should be cremaffin syrup not cremassin check it once again.. Have fiber containing vegetables ,drink lot water, Exercise helps stimulate digestion because as you move, your body also moves stool through the gut.Have soft easily digestible food, Consult your doctor.
