Your teeth are turning yellow because of extrinsic deposits of Calculus on the teeth which cannot be removed by tooth brushing and require professional cleaning by a procedure called as scaling. Bleeding from the gums is also a sign of gum inflammation caused due to the same reason. Vigorous brushing should be avoided because it can cause damage to the gums as well as permanent damage to the teeth also. You should visit your dentist as soon as possible for a session of ultrasonic scaling to get relief from your symptoms. No medication or home remedy is going to help in this problem. Regards

Please visit your nearby dentist and get a check up done. Bleeding gums can be due to deposit on the tooth surface. Sometimes brushing alone dosent help. It is recommended to get cleaning done by a dentist.

Your teeth are turning yellow because you are over zealously scrapping enamel with probably your hard bristles. And obvious gums when scrapped with some hard substance bleed. Confirm by consulting. Cheers.
