My wife has scabies and I have questions
My wife was diagnosed with scabies a couple of weeks ago. She was treated for it with peremithin cream and still itches, especially at night. I also treated myself with my own bottle of the same cream right away.
My two questions are this:
1) How long should she wait to reapply her cream if she is still itching?
2) Because scabies can be sexually transmitted, is it safe to engage in intercourse since I've been treated also? Or do we still need to wait until all of her symptoms have gone away?

You both can reapply the cream after a week ,and sexual abstinence is advised till all the symptoms are gone
